Thank you for sending the crew out today to get the snow and ice off my roof..

on a Sunday no less!

The guys were nice and cheerful and did a great job, and even shoveled off a ramp. I 

hadn't gotten to shovel from this recent large snowfall. PEOPLE, don't wait until the ice and 

snow on your roof is so much that it melts underneath and water gets behind your siding

and drips down INSIDE your window frames, like ME! Don't try to wait it out for the warmer

40s/50s temps to melt it away. Don't stick your head in the snow thinking it will disappear

without a problem. :)
